Alison has 12 years experience in health promotion from working in the fitness, strength and conditioning industry to undertaking research across three Masters Degrees and universities. Her research has focused of physical activity uptake and adherence. She is currently facilitating the Get Cork Walking Project as Walking Promotion Officer with Cork Sports Partnership and Get Ireland Walking.
