Ángel leads a portfolio of more than USD 8 billion in urban operations focused on the sectors of mobility, water and sanitation, citizen security, creative economies, among others in the 20 member countries of the Institution. Cárdenas Sosa has more than 20 years of experience in multilateral banking. Angel is an economist, a PhD candidate in Political Science and an Eisenhower Fellow.
