Bernhard Kalteis is the National Coordinator for walking of Austria, working at the Federal Ministry for Climate Action since 2024. Bernhard has worked for civil engineers and the Austrian Climate Alliance to implement mobility projects. His goal is to elevate awareness of walking to a higher level and establish walking as an independent form of mobility to support communities to be more liveable.
