Carlos is a Geographer with a strong background in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and a PhD Student at the Institute for Climate Change and Sustainable Development, at the University of Malta. As a technical expert at Walk21, he is currently coordinating the use of the the Walkability App in over 10 different cities around the world.
