Dagmar Köhler is an expert in active travel, road safety and international cooperation. As strategic advisor at the Dutch firm Mobycon, she connects the Dutch and German worlds of active mobility. Based in Berlin, she supports municipalities in Germany and beyond in providing for walking, cycling and sustainable mobility. Before joining Mobycon, she lead the German Cycling Academy at the German Institute of Urban Affairs (Difu) in Berlin and worked for the European city network POLIS in Brussels.
