Since 1979, Ineke is involved in research and projects on walking. She strives to integrate sustainable mobility, use of public space, placemaking, human behavior and resident participation, working for all kind of clients. Ineke is managing director at SOAB advisors and em. professor at BUas.

Recently, Ineke joined the international Board of Walk21-Europe, promoting pedestrian projects in EU.
