Karen Seaman is a walker, researcher, and urban planner. She is pursuing a PhD in Territory, Space, and Society at the University of Chile. As the president of the NGO La Reconquista Peatonal, her research focuses on the physical and social dimensions of walking with an intersectional lens. Her current thesis investigates the bodily experience of climate and its impact on urban inhabitants.
