Luciana Lobo is a lawyer with a master's degree in Law and Conflict Management. She has worked in various public bodies and was the first woman in Fortaleza's Comptroller and Ombudsman General's Office. Since 2021, she has been head of the Urban Planning and Environment Secretariat, chairing the Municipal Environment Council, the Urban Development Fund and the Master Plan Commission.
