Wilma Nchito is a Research Professor in the Centre for Urban Research and Planning (CURP) at the University of Zambia. Her research and publications cover informality in cities, small town development, tourism, urban flooding, and urban transport. She has studied the impact of extreme climatic events on cities as well as inclusivity in major transport projects and walking in the city of Lusaka.
