Come and walk in Lisbon!

Join us for a Walk, approximately 1 kilometer, estimated to last 3.5 hours, through one of the most emblematic areas of Lisbon.

‍

Promoted by the Lisbon City Council, as part of the Walk21 Portugal Conference, the aim is to promote and raise awareness of the importance of refocusing public policies on people/pedestrians, by adopting healthier, more sustainable and more energy-efficient modes of transportation.

It will begin at 09:30, with participants gathering in Jardim do Príncipe Real, and will continue along Rua D. Pedro V, Rua São Pedro de Alcântara and Rua da Misericórdia, ending at Praça Luís de Camões at 13:00 - The path will be for pedestrians only.

‍

It will be accompanied by music and there will be activities that promote the positive occupation of public space, prioritizing pedestrians.

‍

The event is free, open to everyone, and held at the pace of each one.
