Please note that the accuracy of the information provided in this category will be verified, and in the event of non-compliance, the registration will be rejected.
Conference registration fees include:
- Admission to all Conference sessions & Exhibition
- Official Attendance certificate
- Coffee breaks and some lunches according to the scheduled programme
Group discount:
A 10% discount is available when purchasing 3 or more registrations. To take advantage of this offer, please contact first the secretariat via email.
Payment options
By Credit card
The preferred method of payment is payment by card online via our secure payment gateway.
In the unlikely event of a rejected on-line credit/debit card payment, the delegate is recommended to return to his/her registration online and try to process the payment again. Should the payment issue persist, the participant is advised to contact the card issuer/bank first to check for any potential block on the online transaction. If so, once this is removed it will be possible to pay via the online payment gateway.
Payment policy
Registration and full payment of fees will be compulsory for attending any of the conference events.
Please make sure to pay your registration fee before the deadline for the selected registration type. If your payment is not received before the deadline, the next fee registration will be automatically charged. An unpaid or only partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until it is fully paid.
Confirmation
If you don`t receive an automatic confirmation reply within 24 hours, please contact the technical secretariat of the conference: walk21portugal@leading.pt
Final Invoice
The final invoice will be issued based on details provided while registering (step Contact/Invoice details).
Any change of such details is possible before the conference is over and will be subject to a 15 EUR fee.
If you need pro-forma invoice, we can provide one for you so you can process the payment within your institution administrative process. When we receive the payment receipt, we will issue the actual invoice.
Registration Cancellation Conditions
Any bank charges incurred through reimbursement of cancelled participation will be charged to the participant.
- Receipt of written cancellation until 13 September (inclusive): 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted.
- Receipt of written cancellation after 13 September: No refund of registration fee will be granted.
All cancellations and/or changes to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference secretariat via e-mail: walk21portugal@leading.pt
Insurance
The registration fee does not include participant’s insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property damage or loss. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
