Filipe Moura, an Associate Professor of Transportation Systems at the University of Lisbon, is a leading researcher in Urban Mobility. He founded and currently leads the U-Shift Lab at CERIS, focusing on sustainable urban mobility. Filipe's research approach is primarily behavioral, with a strong emphasis on active modes and public and shared transportation. He is also a Fulbright Scholar.
