Görsev Arg?n Uz is an urban planner and designer passionate about walking. Her Ph.D. focused on the impact of smartphones on walking and the design of hybrid public spaces. Currently, she is the Director of the Local Government Academy at Marmara Municipalities Union, leading the Reclaiming Streets program to promote walkable streets through tactical urbanism.
