Jan is a GP and service designer who has focused on preventing hospital admissions and poor health among frail elderly individuals. Nowadays, alongside his medical practice, he works on projects related to health and service design, particularly those aimed at creating age-friendly communities. He is engaged by Fabric+ and AT Arkitektur as the health lead for the "Ageing in the Arctic" project.
