Maxine graduated as a landscape architect in 2011 in Ghent and has played an active role at the Pedestrian Movement since 2021. She contributes to initiatives such as the Public Space Congress, Public Space Award, Public Space Magazine and projects like the Green Deal, where she is committed to creating livable urban spaces that focus on greening, water management, connectivity, and mobility.
