Ray is an urban planner and advisor on child friendly city building. She works closely with Tirana and other cities in Albania in developing School Streets programs focused on the play and mobility needs of young children and their caregivers. Ray currently serves as Managing Director of Qendra Marrëdhënie (QM), a nonprofit urban research and action group based in Tirana, Albania.
