Sandra Vieira holds a Master's in Transports from the Technical University of Lisbon and a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Coimbra. She is an Assistant Researcher at LNEC's Planning, Traffic, and Safety Division. Her expertise includes road safety, GIS, and accident prediction models. Sandra teaches Urban Planning and Sustainable Urban Mobility and has authored over 40 papers.
